AROMA: Kachri is a wild variety of cucumbers. It grows wildly in the desert areas and is rarely cultivated as a crop. It has a warm, spicy, and sweet aroma.

BENEFITS OF DRY KACHRI: kachri is generally considered to be a rich source of protein locally it is popular for its medicinal properties of soothing gastrointestinal pains.

COOKING KACHRI: Sun-dried kachri is used in stir-fries or ground into a powder to add flavouring to other dishes or chutneys. Dried kachri, when used in cooking, adds a tangy taste. It is extensively used in Rajasthani & Gujarati cuisines.

PACKAGING: We pack them in semi biodegradable, food grade approved, Zip Lock pouches, so that they can stay fresh and tasty for longer duration. All our snacks are packed in strict hygienic conditions to ensure that they are free of any contamination. No preservatives are added while preparing and packing the product.
